Zauri Terms of Service

Welcome to Zauri, Inc. (“Zauri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zauri’s products, services, websites, applications, and AI systems (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and “you” or “Customer” refers to that entity.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

1.2 Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

1.3 Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service.

  • Use the Service to infringe others’ rights or violate laws.

  • Send spam, misuse data, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.

2. Customer Content and Data

2.1 Definition

“Customer Content” includes all data, audio, text, and other materials you or your users submit, record, or provide to the Service (including interview recordings and transcriptions).

2.2 Ownership

You retain all rights to your Customer Content.
 Zauri does not claim ownership of Customer Content and will only process it to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

2.3 Data Use

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement, provided no individual or company is identifiable.

2.4 Data Protection

Zauri implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest.
We process Customer Content in compliance with our Privacy Policy.


3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, software, designs, documentation, and related technology remain with Zauri or its licensors.These Terms do not grant any right to use Zauri’s trademarks, logos, or branding without written consent.


4. Subscription and Payment

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Fees are specified in your Order Form or online plan selection.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.

  • You authorize us (or our processor) to charge the payment method provided.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s Confidential Information using reasonable care and not to disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform obligations under these Terms.


6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid, Qdrant).Your use of those integrations is subject to each provider’s terms and privacy policy.Zauri is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”Zauri disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Zauri’s total liability for all claims will not exceed the amounts paid to Zauri by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • Zauri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice if the other materially breaches and fails to cure within 30 days.
Upon termination:

  • You must stop using the Service.

  • We will delete or return Customer Content in accordance with our data-retention policy.

10. Compliance and Security

Zauri maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with SOC 2 Type II standards.We will notify affected customers of any confirmed security incident involving Customer Content, as required by law.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.If changes are material, we’ll provide notice via email or within the Service before the new Terms take effect.Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
